The E24 or E6102 error means your Bosch dishwasher cannot drain properly. Like E22 this is caused by a blocked drain pump, a kinked drain hose, or a clogged air gap. The drain pump cover may also not be fully clicked into place. Clean the drain pump, check the hose, and clear the air gap to resolve this.

- Drain pump is blocked or the pump cover is loose
- Drain hose is kinked or sharply bent
- Air gap or drain hose connection is clogged

Remove the drain pump cover, remove standing water and debris, replace and click the cover fully into place

Check the drain hose for kinks and straighten if found

Check and clear the air gap — disconnect the drain hose into a bucket, clear debris, reconnect, and run a rinse cycle
