Support codes 1300, 1303, 1304, 1309, or 1310 on your Canon PIXMA printer mean paper has become jammed. Code 1300 means paper is jammed at the paper output slot. Code 1303 means paper is jammed inside the machine in the transport unit. Code 1304 means paper is jammed inside the machine while printing on the back side during 2-sided printing. Remove the jammed paper gently without tearing it. After removing jammed paper reload it correctly and press OK to resume.

Check the paper output slot and paper tray for jammed paper

Gently remove the jammed paper — pull slowly in the direction it should feed, do not tear it

If you cannot see the paper remove the rear cover and pull the paper out from the back

Remove all paper from the tray and reload it correctly with the paper guides adjusted to the paper size

Press OK on the printer to resume printing
