The H14 error means your Panasonic air conditioner detected a fault with the indoor unit's intake air temperature sensor. This sensor monitors the temperature of the air being drawn into the indoor unit to help regulate cooling and heating performance. When it develops a fault the unit cannot accurately measure room temperature and stops operating. A qualified technician will need to inspect and replace the sensor.
