The H95 error means your Panasonic microwave detected a failure in the inverter circuit input — the power supply entering the inverter system is abnormal or has failed. The inverter controls the microwave power output to the magnetron. When the input to this circuit fails the microwave cannot heat food and stops operating. This requires inspection and repair by an authorised service centre.
