LG Range (Electric) F11 error code
Difficulty: Hard
·
Cost: $100–$350
·
Duration: 5m
The F11 error means your LG range detected a communication failure between internal components — typically between the main control board and another part of the range such as the display board or a secondary control module. When this communication breaks down the range cannot operate normally and stops the current function. A reset clears it in some cases but if F11 keeps returning the control board or wiring will need to be inspected by a technician.
Common causes
- Communication fault between the main control board and another internal component
- Wiring harness between control components is loose or damaged
- Main control board or display board has malfunctioned
- Temporary electronic glitch causing a false communication error
