The F62 error means your LG range detected a problem with the sous vide temperature sensor — the component that monitors water temperature during sous vide cooking. Sous vide requires precise temperature control and without an accurate sensor reading the range cannot maintain the correct water temperature safely. A circuit breaker reset clears it in some cases but if F62 keeps returning the sous vide temperature sensor will need to be inspected and replaced by a technician.
