LG Range (Electric) F69 error code
Difficulty: Hard
·
Cost: $80–$250
·
Duration: 5m
The F69 error means your LG range detected that the sous vide function is not reaching or maintaining the correct water temperature during operation. Sous vide cooking requires very precise and consistent temperature control — when the heating system cannot deliver the required heat the range stops the function to prevent food safety issues. A circuit breaker reset clears it in some cases but if F69 keeps returning the sous vide heating components will need to be inspected and replaced by a technician.
Common causes
- Sous vide heating element has malfunctioned or failed
- Control board fault affecting sous vide temperature regulation
- Wiring to the sous vide heating element is loose or damaged
- Temporary electronic glitch causing a false heating error
How to fix it
-
1
Turn off the circuit breaker for the range and wait 30 seconds
-
2
Turn the circuit breaker back on and check if the error has cleared
