The UE error on your LG washer dryer combo means the load is unevenly distributed and the drum cannot spin properly. A small uE displayed during the cycle means the unit is automatically trying to rebalance — no action is needed yet. A large UE means manual redistribution is required. If UE appears at the end of the cycle the clothes may simply be too wet — run an extra spin.

Laundry is clumped on one side of the drum
Load is too small to distribute evenly
A single large heavy item is not balanced

How to fix it

If small uE is shown wait — the unit will attempt to rebalance up to three times automatically

If large UE is shown pause the cycle and open the door

Redistribute the laundry evenly in the drum

Add one or two similar items if the load is very small

Close the door and press Start/Pause to resume

If UE appears at the end of the cycle select an extra spin cycle to remove excess water
