The H32 error means your Panasonic air conditioner detected a fault with the second outdoor heat exchanger temperature sensor. This is the same type of fault as H28 but on the second sensor. Some models have multiple sensors on the outdoor heat exchanger to monitor temperature at different points along the coil. A qualified technician will need to inspect and replace the faulty sensor.
