The H34 error means your Panasonic air conditioner detected a fault with the outdoor heat sink temperature sensor. The heat sink dissipates heat from the power transistor module in the outdoor unit. This sensor monitors the heat sink temperature to prevent the power electronics from overheating. When it fails the unit cannot protect the electronics safely and stops operating. A qualified technician will need to inspect and replace the sensor.
