The H36 error means your Panasonic air conditioner detected a fault with the outdoor gas pipe temperature sensor. This sensor monitors the temperature of the refrigerant gas in the outdoor gas pipe to help regulate the refrigerant cycle. When it develops a fault the unit cannot manage refrigerant flow correctly and stops operating. A qualified technician will need to inspect and replace the sensor.
