Samsung Dryer C1 / CL1 error code

The C1 or CL1 code appears after a Vent Blockage test and means laundry was detected inside the drum during the test. The test requires an empty drum to run correctly. Remove all laundry and run the test again. If this error occurs with an empty drum arrange professional service.

  • Load sensor has malfunctioned and is detecting laundry when the drum is empty
