Samsung Refrigerator 22E / 22C error code
Difficulty: Easy
·
Cost: $0–$150
·
Duration: A few hours for defrosting
The 22E or 22C error means your Samsung refrigerator detected a fault with the fridge compartment fan. This can be triggered by running the refrigerator with the door left open too long, which allows warm air in and can cause the fan to freeze up. Unplugging the refrigerator and leaving the doors open for a few hours to allow everything to defrost usually resolves it. If the error returns after this the fan motor may need replacing.
