The Probe or Insert Probe message on your Whirlpool microwave means a probe cooking function was selected but the temperature probe is not connected. Insert the probe fully into the food and plug it into the probe socket inside the microwave. If you do not want to use probe cooking press Cancel and select a different cooking method.
