The F8 E1 or LO FL code means your Whirlpool washing machine detected that water is flowing into the drum at a lower rate than expected. This is almost always caused by a water supply issue rather than a fault with the washer itself. Checking that water valves are fully open, hoses are not kinked, and no anti-flood devices are installed on the water lines resolves most cases.
