Brother Printer (Inkjet) Connection Error / Connection Failed error code
The Connection Error or Connection Failed message on your Brother inkjet printer means the machine cannot establish a Wi-Fi Direct connection with your mobile device. Make sure no other devices are trying to connect simultaneously. Move the mobile device closer to the printer and remove obstructions. If using PIN method WPS ensure you have entered the correct PIN.

- Other devices are trying to connect to the Wi-Fi Direct network at the same time
- The mobile device is too far from the printer or there are obstructions between them
- An incorrect PIN was entered when using the PIN Method of WPS
