Brother Printer (Laser) Comm. Error error code
The Comm. Error message on your Brother laser printer means poor telephone line quality caused a fax communication error. Send the fax again or connect the machine to a different telephone line. If the problem continues contact your telephone company and ask them to check the line quality. If using a VoIP system try changing the Compatibility setting to Basic (for VoIP).
