Brother Printer (Laser) Cooling Down / Wait for a while error code
The Cooling Down or Wait for a while message on your Brother laser printer means the internal temperature is too high. The machine has paused the print job and entered cooling down mode. The cooling fan will run during this time. Wait until the machine finishes cooling — it will resume printing automatically. Make sure all vents are clear of obstructions. If the fan is not spinning disconnect the power for several minutes then reconnect.

- The internal temperature of the machine has exceeded the safe operating level
- Ventilation openings are blocked preventing adequate cooling

Wait for the machine to finish cooling down — do not turn it off
