Brother Printer (Laser) No Toner error code

The No Toner message on your Brother laser printer means the toner cartridge or the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly is not correctly installed. Remove the assembly, take out the toner cartridge, reinstall it firmly into the drum unit, and reinstall the whole assembly back into the machine. If the error persists replace the toner cartridge with a new one.

How to fix it

    Open the front cover

    Remove the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly

    Remove the toner cartridge from the drum unit

    Reinstall the toner cartridge firmly into the drum unit until it clicks

  5. 5

    Reinstall the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly back into the machine

    Close the front cover

    If No Toner persists replace the toner cartridge with a new genuine Brother toner cartridge
