The EE error means your LG dryer detected a problem with the EEPROM — the memory chip on the main control board that stores the unit's settings and operating data. This is a hardware-level fault. A 10-minute reset sometimes clears a temporary glitch but if EE returns the main control board will likely need to be replaced by a technician.
