LG Dryer gAS / 9A5 error code

The gAS or 9A5 code on your LG gas dryer means the dryer is not receiving gas. Note that 9A5 is not a numeric code — it is the word "GAS" displayed upside down on the LED display. Make sure the gas supply valve is fully open and the gas line is not kinked. If the gas line is properly connected and the valve is open the unit will require a repair service.
