Panasonic Washing Machine U14 error code
Difficulty: Easy
·
Cost: $0–$75
·
Duration: 10–15m
The U14 error means your Panasonic washing machine tried to fill with water but could not reach the required level within 20 minutes. This is almost always a water supply issue rather than a machine fault. Common causes include a closed water tap, a kinked inlet hose, a clogged inlet filter screen, or low water pressure. Most of these are quick to check and fix yourself.
Common causes
- Water supply tap is turned off or not fully open
- Water supply hose is kinked, bent, or not connected properly
- Inlet filter screen is clogged with rust, sand, or sediment
- Household water supply has been cut off
- Water pressure from the household supply is too low
- Water inlet valve has malfunctioned or failed
How to fix it
-
1
Make sure the water supply tap is fully open
-
2
Check the inlet hose for any kinks or bends and straighten them out
-
3
