The PC ER or PC CH error means your Samsung refrigerator detected a communication fault between internal components. This can occur after a power surge or if the door wiring harness is not properly connected. Unplugging the fridge, disconnecting and reconnecting the wire harness above the door, and then restoring power resolves it in most cases.
