Samsung Washing Machine ddC / dC3 error code

The ddC or dC3 error means your Samsung FlexWash washing machine detected that the small Add Door on the front of the machine is not properly closed and latched. The Add Door allows you to add items mid-cycle. The washer cannot continue until this door is securely closed. Check for any items caught in the Add Door and close it firmly.
