The SDC or 5DC error means your Samsung washing machine detected that the detergent drawer has not been pushed fully closed. The drawer must click into position for the washer to proceed. This is easy to fix by simply pushing the drawer in until it clicks shut.

Excess detergent residue is preventing the drawer from closing completely

Push the detergent drawer firmly until it clicks shut

If the drawer is stiff or sticky clean any detergent residue from the drawer and its housing then push it closed again
