Error Codes

Print Unable XX / Scan Unable XX

The machine has a mechanical problem and cannot print or scan

Replace Drum

The drum unit has reached the end of its life and must be replaced

Replace Toner / Toner Ended

The toner cartridge is completely empty and must be replaced — printing has stopped

Self-Diagnostic

The fuser unit temperature is not reaching the correct level — a fuser fault was detected

Size Error 2-sided / Size Error DX

The paper size is not supported for automatic 2-sided printing

Size Mismatch / Size mismatch

The paper loaded in the tray does not match the paper size setting

Toner Low

The toner cartridge is running low — order a replacement soon

Touchscreen Initialisation Failed

The touchscreen was pressed before the printer finished starting up
