The Add error on the dryer section of your LG WashTower means the steam generator is not receiving water during operation. Check that the tap connected to the dryer steam water supply is open and that the inlet hose is not kinked or frozen. If taps or hoses are frozen thaw them before restarting.

Common causes

The tap connected to the steam generator water supply is closed
The steam generator inlet hose is kinked or blocked
The inlet hose or tap is frozen due to cold weather

How to fix it

Close the tap connected to the unit and disconnect the inlet hose

Open the tap and check if water flows from the inlet hose — if it does the tap is working

Turn off the tap and reconnect the water hose then open the tap fully

For frozen taps wrap them with a warm cloth to thaw

For frozen hoses submerge them in warm water and allow them to thaw
