Panasonic Washing Machine H09 error code

The H09 error means your Panasonic washing machine detected a communication failure between the main PCB and the user interface display board. When these two boards cannot communicate the machine cannot accept inputs or display information correctly. This can sometimes be caused by a loose connector and may clear after a reset, but if it keeps returning a board will need replacing.

Connector between the main PCB and display board is loose or disconnected
Wiring harness between the two boards is damaged
Main control board has developed a communication fault
Display board has malfunctioned or failed

How to fix it

Unplug the machine and wait 5 minutes then plug it back in to attempt a reset

If H09 clears after the reset monitor the machine for recurrence
