U99 is not a fault error. It means the washing machine automatically drained the water because the lid was left open for more than 10 seconds while the Child Lock program was active. This is a built-in safety feature to prevent the drum from sitting filled with water unattended. Once the forced drain is complete the machine is ready to use again normally. To resume a wash simply reset the Child Lock and restart the cycle.
