Samsung Range C-10 error code
The C-10 code appears during a SmartThings self-diagnosis test and means the oven temperature was either very cold or very hot at the start of the test — outside the range the sensor can accurately measure at that point. This is a hardware limitation of the sensor and is not an actual defect. If the oven is heating normally during regular cooking this code can be safely ignored. If C-10 appears on its own during regular cooking without running a self-diagnosis test try resetting the range.
Common causes
- Oven temperature was too cold or too hot when the SmartThings self-diagnosis test started
- Sensor hardware limitation — not an actual defect in most cases
