The Er/01 error means your HP LaserJet printer's input tray is empty and the printer cannot feed paper to complete the print job. Load paper into the input tray or remove and reload the existing stack to clear the error.

Paper stack was not properly seated in the tray

Load a stack of plain paper into the input tray

Or remove the existing stack, tap it on a flat surface to align the edges, and reload it

Make sure the paper width guides are snug against the edges of the paper stack
