Er/01

The input tray is empty — no paper loaded

Er/02

The cartridge access door is open

Er/03

The printer failed to pick a sheet of paper from the tray

Er/04 / Er/05 / Er/06

A paper jam was detected inside the printer

Er/07

The toner cartridge is missing or not installed correctly

Er/08

The toner cartridge is very low and the printer has stopped because the cartridge setting is set to Stop

Er/11 / Er/14 / Er/17

The toner cartridge is incompatible with this printer or has been protected on another printer

Er/20

An error was detected with the toner cartridge sensor

Er/23

The printer is running low on memory and cannot process the print job

Er/26

The printer experienced a general engine error

Er/30

The scanner has an error
